Virtual Assistant GHL/SMM

Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing creative agency. You’ll help manage social media content, handle admin tasks, create simple designs using Canva, and assist with CRM management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, communicates clearly in English, and can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and post social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create and edit graphics/templates in Canva
- Repurpose content (e.g., turning long videos into short clips with clear instructions)
- Manage and organize client files and folders
- Send content to clients for review and follow up for feedback
- Assist with CRM updates and lead tracking (using Go High Level or similar CRM)
- Light lead list enrichment
- Manage tasks and projects using Trello
- General admin support (scheduling, reporting, etc.)

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a VA with social media and Canva tasks
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Go High Level CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
- Experience using Trello for project management
- Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling platforms (Buffer, Later, Metricool, or similar)
- Able to follow instructions and work independently

Bonus Points:

- Basic video editing skills (for short social clips)
- Familiarity with light copywriting for captions or outreach using AI

Workload:

- 10–15 hours per week to start, with potential to grow
- Long-term opportunity if it’s a great fit
