Website Programmer/Developer For Small Businesses

Must be a skilled creator of custom websites, not use Wix and any assisting software.
Must have work experience, and will be prompted to talk about it upon applying.
Possible Skills needed:
HTML – The foundation of all web pages (structure).

CSS – For styling and layout.

JavaScript – For interactivity and dynamic content.

Optional but Highly Recommended:
Responsive Design – Making websites work on all screen sizes (using media queries, Flexbox, Grid).

Frameworks/Libraries

Front-end: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular

CSS: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap

Version Control – Git and GitHub (for collaboration and tracking changes).

Basic SEO – Structuring pages for search engines (e.g., meta tags, alt text).

Basic Web Performance Optimization – Knowing how to make websites fast (e.g., compressing images, lazy loading).

Basic Accessibility (a11y) – Making your site usable for people with disabilities.

Back-End (optional but valuable)

Languages: Node.js, Python (Flask/Django), PHP

Databases: SQL, MongoDB

APIs and how to use them (REST, GraphQL)

UI/UX Design Basics – Understanding what makes a site easy and pleasant to use.

Prototyping/Wireframing – Tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
