Seeking an Extraordinary Customer Service Rep

We are looking for an enthusiastic full time customer service representative to help our customers.
The majority of the work will be helping clients using our ticketing system. You will also need to be available on Skype when working.

For at least the first month the hours of work will be 11 AM – 7 PM EST.

Fluent English and willingness to help customers is also a must. Also needed is the ability to know when to escalate an item to a supervisor.

A reliable internet connection to talk through Skype is also needed.
