Job Description:
OCCD Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counselor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling support and guidance to clients via video conferencing. This role demands strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working independently from home.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree .

At least one year of prior experience in counseling .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer knowledge.

Comfortable working on video throughout the day.

Stable internet connection and a quiet, private home working environment.

Work Schedule & Breaks:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Breaks Provided:

Two 10-minute short breaks

One 40-minute lunch break
