Cold Caller for Home Care Agency (Remote – Philippines)

We are a licensed home care agency in the United States that provides non-medical, private-duty services to seniors — including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal prep. We're currently looking for a dedicated and friendly cold caller from the Philippines to help us connect with families who may need in-home care for their loved ones.

This is a part-time, remote position with consistent hours and long-term potential for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls using provided leads
Use a simple script to explain our services and ask basic qualifying questions
Schedule free consultations for our care team
Track calls, notes, and outcomes in our call log or CRM
Follow up with warm leads when needed
Requirements:

Clear spoken English with a neutral or light accent
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or phone-based customer service
Friendly and confident speaking style
Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
Available 3–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (U.S. business hours)
Pay:

$5 to $7 USD per hour, based on experience
$5–$10 USD bonus for each qualified appointment set
Paid weekly via PayPal or Wise
