Real Estate Outreach Specialist

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a driven and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle outreach to potential sellers, buyers, agents, and investors. This role will be key in helping us grow our off-market deal pipeline, expand our buyers list, and increase visibility in our target markets.

Responsibilities:
• Cold calling and/or texting property owners from provided lists
• Managing and tracking responses in a CRM
• Following up with leads regularly
• Setting appointments for sales calls
• Skip tracing and lead research
• Sending and responding to emails or DMs
• Assisting with managing listings or coordinating showings
