JOB OVERVIEW

???? WANTED: Experienced Bookkeeper (Xero) – Part-Time / Full-Time (AU Timezone)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with solid Xero experience to manage the financials of two small Australian businesses.

? Responsibilities:
Full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero

Payroll processing for both businesses

Bank reconciliations

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Prepare accounts ready for BAS preparation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Liaise with our accountant when required

???? Requirements:
Proven experience using Xero (minimum 2 years)

Strong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping practices

Experience in payroll, GST, and BAS

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and spoken English

Able to work within AEST business hours

Reliable internet and quiet work environment

???? Hours:
Flexible part-time to full-time (depending on your availability and performance)

Must be available during Australian business hours for check-ins

Xero

Google Workspace

Slack (for communication)

???? Salary:
