About Darren Evans Ltd
We are here to help create a more sustainable built environment — spaces where people can be the best version of themselves without costing the earth.
We are a growing, independent consultancy positioned at the intersection of sustainability, compliance, early-stage design, and digital innovation. We exist to increase our clients' ability to reach their aspirations through clarity, expert knowledge, and trusted platforms like podcasts, webinars, digital tools, and strategic consultancy.

Why We Are Hiring
We have ambitious growth plans to move from £1.5M turnover to £10M within three years. To achieve this, we need a marketing leader who can build, deliver, and execute a full marketing strategy while working directly at the operational level.

This role will not involve building a large team immediately. You will be responsible for both strategy and hands-on delivery — from writing content and setting up campaigns, to managing the CRM and executing partnership activity. As milestones are hit and revenue grows, there will be an opportunity to build a team beneath you.
We are looking for someone who understands that meaningful impact comes from doing the work as well as directing it.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver a complete marketing strategy across brand, content, digital channels, lead generation, partnerships, and product launches
• Build a consistent system for messaging, nurturing, and converting leads across LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and website
• Support the monetisation of digital tools (such as the upcoming HEM Configurator) and CPD programs
• Drive brand visibility in the UK B2B construction, property, and sustainability sectors
• Produce and distribute high-quality marketing assets including articles, case studies, lead magnets, email sequences, and landing pages
• Manage and refine CRM (Scoro) workflows for lead tracking, sales attribution, and nurture journeys
• Track and report marketing performance including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
• Collaborate closely with the Founder (Darren Evans) to align marketing activity with company goals
• Lead and deliver marketing with minimal support initially, with the opportunity to recruit as key milestones are reached

About You
• You are as comfortable executing the work yourself as you are designing strategy
• You are highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• You have a clear understanding of B2B marketing and how to move prospects through awareness, nurture, and conversion
• You are excited by the potential of AI to transform marketing workflows and client engagement
• You are familiar with the work of Seth Godin, Alex Hormozi, Daniel Priestley, or BJ Fogg, and your marketing mindset is influenced by their thinking
• You have a hunger to learn, develop, and make an impact
• You are motivated by meaningful work and want to help solve complex problems that matter to the planet

Experience and Skills Required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within services, consultancy, SaaS, or sustainability sectors
• Strong skills in content creation, messaging, storytelling, email marketing, CRM management, and digital campaigns
• Proven track record in inbound marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline contribution
• Experience managing email systems (Mailchimp), CRM platforms (Scoro or similar), and marketing automation
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, webinar platforms, website CMS, and analytic tools
• Experience planning and executing full marketing campaigns independently
• Bonus if you have experience marketing to professional service firms (architecture, construction, engineering, or real estate)

Career Development Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead the growth marketing function of a company that is scaling rapidly and committed to long-term positive impact. You will shape the marketing strategy, build the initial marketing systems, and have a direct influence on how the brand is perceived nationally and globally.
Once key revenue and brand milestones are reached, there will be the opportunity to expand the marketing function by hiring additional specialists beneath you.
We are building something important. If you want to be part of a company where your skills, energy, and creativity can make a visible difference, we would love to hear from you.

How to Apply
Please send your CV and a short covering letter explaining:
• Why this opportunity excites you
• How your skills and experience match the role
• Which of Seth Godin, Alex Hormozi, Daniel Priestley, or BJ Fogg has most influenced your thinking and why
