Executive Assistant – Full-Time (Remote)
Pay: $500–$600/month
Hours: 10AM–6PM PST, Monday to Friday
Location: Fully Remote
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing creative company in the wedding and media space.
This is NOT a typical assistant role. You’ll be managing projects, leading daily tea
You must be confident, a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to think two steps ahead.
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and bookings for the CEO and team
Run and lead daily tea
Track and manage projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Log and manage company logistics (expenses, employee bonuses, trackers)
Step in and assist as Appointment Setter or Social Media Manager when needed
Follow up with tea
Handle daily CEO support tasks —
Take initiative and think ahead to prevent issues before they happen
Ideal Qualifications:
1–2 years experience in executive assistance, project coordination, or team support
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and ClickUp or Notion
Can confidently run virtual meetings, assign tasks, and hold others accountable
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Fast learner, self-starter, and takes pride in doing things with excellence
Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions
Bonus (not required):
Experience in appointment setting or sales
Social media management experience (posting, captions, engagement)
Open to earning commissions from sales
