Operations Manager – eCommerce & POD

We are a well-established UK eCommerce brand focused on personalised gifts and print-on-demand products. Our creative department (graphic designers, listers, and admin VAs) works overnight to deliver high-quality product listings, customer service, and fast turnaround on new designs. We're looking for a capable Night Operations Manager to take full ownership of this team, lead the night shift, and drive structure, output, and efficiency.

???? Your Role:
As Night Operations Manager, you'll be in charge of ensuring that all remote tasks are done accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll manage a team of 5 designers and 2 admin staff, enforce SOPs, and apply automation and AI tools to improve performance. You’ll act as the “manager on duty” during UK night hours.

???? Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate task assignments for 5 graphic designers and 2 VAs.

Ensure listing and design outputs are completed to a high standard.

Monitor daily productivity and report progress and issues to the UK team.

Implement and improve SOPs, ensuring all tea ---------- mbers follow clear workflows.

Use automation tools (e.g. ---------- , Zapier) and AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI) to boost efficiency.

Troubleshoot performance or process issues during the shift.

Actively track and increase daily listing/design volume.

? Requirements:
Proven experience in remote team management (eCommerce or POD highly preferred)

Strong leadership, time management, and accountability skills

Familiar with tools like: ClickUp, , Photoshop, Amazon/Etsy/Shopify

Experience using AI and automation tools to streamline tasks

Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

Must be highly self-managed, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Must be available full-time and during the required shift

Monthly Salary: $1,200 + Depending on experience
