JOB OVERVIEW

A Certified Google AdWords Specialist manages the portfolio of existing clients and informs them about the new products and schemes offered by Google. The Certified Google AdWords Specialist is expected to provide excellent solutions to maximize the value of the client’s AdWords investment and increase campaign profitability.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and provide expert advice and guidance on AdWords campaigns including key word research, strategy, reporting, retargeting and adding new channels
• Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients
• Analyze detailed data including CPC, impressions, CTR and conversions to reach desired CPA levels, increase ROI and increase lead generation
• Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
• Implement proper tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager of campaigns and leads / conversions within landing pages and conversion pages
• Any other task/duty as directed by client/management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• With at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• A Degree holder of any course; preferably Marketing (Brand Management/Public Relations)
• Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, etc.)
• AdWords / Bing certification preferred
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
• Experience in performing click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
• Web programming skills are a plus but not required
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledgeable on key ad formats such as ETA’s, search extensions, MREC, LREC, LB, MLB, etc.
• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with C-Level executives
