To strengthen our operations, we are looking for motivated professionals to fill the following key roles in the following departments:

???? 1. Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)
- Process and monitor customer orders
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external partners
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution

???? 2. Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)
- Procurement of goods according to customer orders
- Selecting, evaluating and developing suppliers
- Negotiating prices, delivery conditions and framework agreements
- Close cooperation with Order Management

????? 3. Category Manager (m/f/d)
- Strategically manage defined product categories
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and value

???? 4. Customs Clearance Specialist (m/f/d)
- Manage and oversee customs processes for imports and exports (Switzerland, Germany and other EU countries)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements
- Act as a liaison with customs authorities and logistics providers

???? Main Requirements for All Roles:
- Relevant professional experience in the respective field (Order, Purchasing, Category, or Customs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Confident handling of relevant tools/systems (e.g. ERP, procurement or customs platforms)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international setup
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
