Senior PPC Specialist / Team Lead (Google Search Ads)

We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency managing over $1M in ad spend across service-based businesses like garage doors, locksmiths, roofing, and gates, air duct. We're looking for a hands-on PPC Department Manager to lead our existing team.

Your mission is to manage team execution, build internal systems, and ensure our campaigns stay sharp, scalable, and efficient — freeing up the Head Strategist to focus on high-level growth.

? Responsibilities

Team Management: Supervise, train, and support PPC specialists and landing pages designers
Workflow Setup: Create and maintain SOPs, weekly task flows, QA checklists, and performance routines
Quality Control: Oversee campaign builds, asset launches, and optimizations for accuracy and best practices
Task Delegation: Assign daily work via ClickUp (or similar) and ensure timely delivery
Performance Oversight: Review KPIs, flag under performers, and work with the team to improve results
Collaboration: Coordinate with the strategists and account managers to align client needs with execution
Hiring Support: Help vet and train new PPC tea ---------- mbers as we scale
? Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (especially Search for local/service businesses)
1+ years managing small or big PPC teams
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads Editor
Strong knowledge of campaign structure, ad assets, conversion tracking, and editor tools
Experience creating SOPs, managing performance, and ensuring quality
Experience with task management systems (ClickUp, Asana, ---------- ).
Familiarity with programs for Call Tracking
Previous agency experience
Availability to work within EU time zones
Excellent English communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Manila Time)
160 hours per month minimum
