Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team at The Tax Curative Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client onboarding, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their engagement with our training programs. You will handle client follow-ups, assist our with continuing education (CE) certificate distribution, and address any client inquiries related to our educational services.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently. Experience with CRM systems and client support is preferred.
