Marketing & Lead Generation Assistant (Part-Time, Base + Commission)

This is a part-time, remote position where you'll assist with content marketing, social media outreach, and lead generation. You’ll be helping us implement a proven strategy to generate new clients—and you’ll earn performance-based bonuses for every lead or conversion you help bring in.
Scope of Work
We’re looking for someone who can help with a combination of the following (you don’t need to do all, just be open to learning and using tools we provide):

SEO & Content
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO) to generate and format 1 blog per week

Upload content to WordPress or website CMS

Add internal links, CTAs, and meta descriptions

Google Ads
Set up and manage basic search campaigns

Target high-intent insurance keywords

Track leads and ad performance

Social Media / LinkedIn
Connect with potential referral partners

Send outreach messages (scripts provided)

Post updates and repurpose blog content
