Customer Service & Sales Assistant

About Us:
Bova Gallery is a premium provider of custom marble furniture, combining timeless design with expert craftsmanship. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Assistant with a passion for interior design and delivering outstanding customer experiences to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, offering knowledgeable and prompt support to help guide them through our product offerings. Your goal will be to assist customers in making confident decisions, ensure accurate administrative processes, and help convert leads into sales through exceptional service and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert guidance to clients on our product range, assisting them in selecting pieces that best suit their needs
* Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their design goals
* Prepare accurate quotations and invoices for orders
* Collaborate with clients to confirm design drawings and stone slab selections
* Support the sales team by assisting in campaigns and lead generation activities, including:
-Assisting with Klaviyo email marketing campaigns
-Conducting LinkedIn research to identify new sales opportunities
* Managing and completing assigned tasks in Go High Level
* Offer responsive support for post-sale inquiries
* Assist in creating container packing lists for monthly shipments
* Contribute to other sales, marketing, and administrative projects as required

Qualifications:

* Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferably in design, furniture, or luxury products)
* Background in interior design or furniture is a strong advantage
* Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, Go High Level, Klaviyo, and Asana is a plus
