Zoho Specialist (Setting up & Integrations)

We are looking for a Zoho One Specialist to help us set up and connect Zoho One with Cloud Payroll and Dialpad for our entertainment business. We have 3 brands and two main services: entertainers hired for events and props hired and delivered to events.

What You’ll Do
Set up and customize Zoho One apps like CRM, Books, Payroll, HR, Email Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, and Event logistics.

Connect Cloud Payroll and Dialpad with Zoho apps.
Create automations, such as:
Webforms that update CRM and calendars
Quotes, invoices, and payments triggering emails and CRM updates

Email reminders for customers based on booking history
Advise us on any challenges or extra setup needed.
Estimate how many hours it will take and provide a cost quote.

What We Need from You

Experience with Zoho One and its apps
Ability to integrate Cloud Payroll and Dialpad with Zoho
Skills in setting up automations and workflows
Good communication to guide us through the process
