Scriptwriter/Researcher

This is a professional-level production position. Only experienced candidates with a strong production background should apply.

Job Titles:
• Scriptwriter/Researcher

Channel Focus: True crime and horror documentaries, with videos up to an hour long.

Collaboration: Using Trello for project management.

Scriptwriter/Researcher:
• Experience: 2-4 years in scriptwriting, preferably with media experience. This is a production-level role; no beginners or amateurs.
• Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), no use of AI tools like ChatGPT for scriptwriting.

Tasks:
• Scriptwriting/Researching, we post up to 3x a month.
•Find interesting/recent true crime topics to cover.

How to Apply:
• You’ll receive a topic and will be tasked to send us a sample of your scriptwriting and research skills, use of ChatGPT or AI tools is strictly prohibited.
• Send portfolio/resume

Additional Details:
• Team members will have access to Epidemic Sounds for licensing music and sound effects, or they can create their own sounds if they prefer.
• Potential Q4 bonuses based on performance.
