Construction Managment Assistant

We are a real estate development and construction company looking for an assistant project manager to help with our construction projects. We build multi-family apartment complexes. Duties including reviewing plans from architects and bids from subcontractors. Must have a lot of previous experience in construction management in a high level position. Must have strong English speaking and written skills as you will be communicating with subcontractors over the phone and over email. Will report to and work with our lead project manager. We are based in California and are working on many new and exciting construction projects. You will work remotely often on zoom.
