JOB OVERVIEW

MicroLux Finishes is a premium microcement installation company based in Melbourne, Australia. We specialise in microcement finishes for high-end bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and feature walls and more.

We generate leads through targeted social media advertising and are looking for a motivated, reliable appointment setter to contact these leads and qualify them for our sales team. All leads have submitted their information voluntarily — this is not cold calling, the lead will expect a call.

We are looking for a motivated, punctual applicant who enjoys talking to people. You will be calling homeowners who are interested in microcement finishes work. Your role is to qualify their project, confirm details, and schedule a discovery call with one of our team members. In time, you may also be responsible for responding to Facebook or Instagram messages from prospective clients.

Requirements
MUST have a computer, reliable internet connection and a mobile phone

MUST have 2 years appointment setting or customer service experience

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales Representative, or similar

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Confident phone manner and strong listening skills

Be available to work 7 days a week / approx. 3 hours per day (with hours to increase over time)

Available to work evenings and weekends (Melbourne time zone)

Highly professional, organised and self-motivated

Responsibilities
Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers we provide

Speaking with leads who have submitted their details via Facebook/Instagram ads

Asking qualifying questions to assess whether the project is suitable

Scheduling a discovery call between the lead and our sales team

Keeping a detailed log of calls and updating our CRM

Following up with leads you haven’t been able to contact

Notifying the manager of repeated objections or concerns that need addressing

Hours / Salary
Immediate start

Hours: 20 hours/week, approx. 3 hrs/day over 7 days (with potential to grow to 40 hrs/week)

Pay: $6 AUD per hour
