Join a Fast-Growing At-Home Beauty Brand – Customer Support (Remote, Female Only)

We’re looking for a female customer support superstar to join our remote team. You’ll be the friendly face behind our inbox – helping customers with their orders, answering product questions, and making sure they feel confident and cared for.

What you’ll be doing:
Responding to customer emails and messages (mostly via Gorgias)

Tracking orders, updating customers, solving issues

Handling returns, refunds, and missing item claims

Answering FAQs about products and how to use them

Escalating problems when needed

What we’re looking for:
Fluent English speaker – written and spoken (non-negotiable)

Female only – our brand is for women, and we want our customers to feel comfortable and understood

Friendly, fast, and professional communicator

Strong grammar and attention to detail

Able to follow processes but think independently

Bonus if you’ve worked in eCommerce, beauty, or customer support before
