We’re seeking a dedicated YouTube Manager & Social Media Specialist in the Philippines to dominate our YouTube presence (70% focus) and elevate our other social media channels (30% focus). Join our dynamic team—website manager, developer, and virtual staff—in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Earn $1,386 USD/month with training and growth opportunities!
What You’ll Do:
YouTube Management (70%):
Manage posting of 5–8 YouTube Shorts/week (30–60s) and 1–2 long-form videos/week (8–15m), ensuring timely uploads.

Optimize uploads using TubeBuddy (titles, tags, descriptions, end screens).

Create bold thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop.

Boost revenue with affiliate links (foot care products) via Genius Links.

Analyze YouTube trends and analytics to maximize engagement and growth.

Social Media (30%):
Post engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

Repurpose YouTube content for other platforms.

Stay ahead of social media trends to increase reach and engagement.

What You Bring:
3+ years managing YouTube channels and social media platforms.

Proficiency with TubeBuddy, Canva (Photoshop a plus), and affiliate marketing tools.

Experience posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

Fluent English (written/verbal) for our U.S. audience.

A portfolio showcasing YouTube management (thumbnails, optimized posts) and social media content (health content a plus)—mandatory!

Reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace.

Bonus Points:
YouTube SEO or analytics expertise.

Experience with motion graphics for thumbnails.
