JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable, English-fluent Virtual Assistant to manage and respond to inquiries on my Facebook Marketplace rental property listings.

Your job is to respond quickly, professionally, and using pre-approved scripts, answer basic questions, pre-screen leads, and log conversations in a simple tracking sheet.

Tasks:
• Respond to new and existing messages on Facebook Marketplace (using desktop/mobile).
• Use pre-written scripts and templates to reply and send applicants to a pre screening google form.
• Politely answer FAQs (rent amount, utilities, availability, showing process).

Requirements:
• Excellent written English.
• Fast response time during working hours in EST/CST timezone (within 1 hour preferred).
• Experience with customer service or rental property inquiries is a plus.
• Own device and reliable internet connection.
• Ability to follow clear processes and scripts.
• Respectful, friendly, professional tone at all times.

Hours:
• Approx. 1–2 hours/day, spread throughout the day (flexible as long as response times are fast).
• Opportunity for more hours/tasks if performance is strong.

Pay:
• Starting at $5–8 USD/hour depending on experience.
• Paid weekly via [PayPal/Wise/Upwork].
