Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Reports to: CEO

Are you a recruitment leader who thrives on performance, strategy, and scaling? Join us as our Recruiting Director and take the reins of our talent engine. You'll lead a high-impact team, drive recruiter performance, optimize hiring processes, and help scale a fast-growing organization.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Team
Manage recruiters and sourcers
Drive KPIs: submissions, interviews, placements.
Address underperformance early and lead weekly huddles.

Streamline the Process
Optimize sourcing strategies and candidate outreach.
Improve templates, workflows, and submission standards.
Create client feedback loops for better candidate fit.

Train & Develop Talent
Onboard new tea ---------- mbers.
Build SOPs and training materials.
Run mock interviews and reviews to improve quality.

Oversee Client Delivery
Act as the escalation point for recruiting issues.
Align recruiters to client expectations.
Track and adjust client-specific strategies.

Scale the Team
Forecast workload and hiring needs.
Help vet recruiter candidates.
Manage team performance scorecards.

Report & Advise
Deliver weekly/monthly recruiting performance reports to the CEO.
Recommend revenue-boosting shifts in team focus or strategy.


What You Bring
5+ years in US recruitment, 2+ in leadership.
Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven teams.
Process-oriented with strong coaching skills.
Strategic mindset and clear communication.
Comfortable leading remotely.
