Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Reports to: CEO

We’re seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our fast-growing talent acquisition team. If you're a performance-driven leader with a sharp eye for process and people, this role is your chance to make a company-wide impact.

What You’ll Do
Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers.
Drive weekly performance reviews: submissions, interviews, placements.
Run team huddles to align goals, address roadblocks, and sharpen strategy.
Refine recruiting processes—optimize outreach, standardize submissions, and improve follow-ups.
Coach, onboard, and develop recruiting talent with playbooks and ongoing training.
Act as the point of escalation for client-side recruiting issues.
Ensure alignment between recruiters and client expectations.
Advise on team growth—hiring new recruiters and scaling based on performance.
Provide strategic reporting on recruiter ROI, placements, and hiring trends to the CEO.


What You Bring
5+ years in US recruiting, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Track record of managing teams and hitting placement targets.
Strong grasp of recruiting operations and candidate pipelines.
Excellent communication and people development skills.
Comfortable with remote work and performance-driven environments.
