We’re scaling fast and need a strategic thinker who can manage our ad campaigns and automation with precision and creativity.

What You’ll Do:

???? Facebook & Google Ads:

Set up, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns

Use targeting, retargeting, and behavioral insights to attract NRIs and Indians

Write high-converting ad copy, create briefs for visual creatives

A/B test creatives and landing pages to improve performance

Track results and provide weekly reports

???? GoHighLevel (GHL):

Set up and manage automations (WhatsApp, email, SMS)

Build and edit high-converting funnels and landing pages

Monitor bookings, workflows, and follow-up sequences

Integrate calendars, Stripe, WhatsApp API, and more

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in Meta & Google Ads (conversion-focused)

Hands-on knowledge of GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, workflows)

Understanding of ad metrics, funnel analytics, and conversion optimization

Bonus: Familiarity with Indian/NRI audience and emotional wellness market
