Looking for an Experienced Wordpress Developer for a Directory Website using a Directory Theme (App. 5-8 Pages)

Overview of project:
If you know your way around Wordpress like the back of your hand and have successfully developed many websites or directories, then we want to hear from you. And if you have built directories from themes, even better! We are currently using the Golo Theme for the directory website we are building. We will consider developers who have built successful directories in the past using other themes but if you have built a directory with the Golo theme, you will be highly considered. This is a first of many projects and there is potential for more work going forward.
Create and develop pages as Templates in Wordpress: (5-8 templates, these created template pages will be used for other pages). Design of the layouts will be provided so this is more of a developer position but will consider a designer/developer or someone who knows their way around Wordpress and can implement designs that have already been established.

List of requirements and responsibilities:
-Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and the ability to follow directions and provide suggestions to improve features within Wordpress and the Golo theme, when applicable.
-Available to meet and collaborate via web chat with reliable internet access during standard working hours PST. This can be negotiated during interview and can be flexible.
-The candidate will have experience installing and using various plug ins and extensions and understand how to modify and change features easily within Wordpress and new themes.
-Dependable, reliable and meets deadlines.
-Is creative in finding solutions that is out of the box.
-A highly detailed oriented Wordpress developer who can take full ownership of the project from start to finish.

Additional requirements for project (all these features are embedded in the theme through plugs in or part of the theme, Some parts may need tweaks, but very minimal):
-Importing Images (included in theme)
-Creating collapsible lists
-SEO Optimization
-Implement fully functional Google Maps, Mapquest or Mapbox feature. We will choose one. (included in theme)
-A features list (with icons-provided) (included in theme)
-Adding and implementing Search functionality (included in theme)
-FAQ section (included in theme)
-Footer information (included in theme)
-Review section (included in theme)
-Claim Listing feature (included in theme)
-Email functionality (included in theme)
-QA

Nice to haves:
-Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP is a plus
-Importing a dataset from .csv to different text fields in Wordpress and other methods for importing listing tools.
-Theme development, customization
-MySQL and SQL queries as needed
