Description:
We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing dental office. This is a full-time, long-term, and remote role—working directly with our front office team in the United States.
We value honesty, professionalism, and proactive communication. You’ll be a key part of helping us maintain great relationships with our patients and keep our schedule full.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
Reactivating hygiene patients (phone, text, or
Verifying dental insurance benefits and entering breakdowns into our system
Handling overflow calls when our in-office team is unavailable (during business hours)
Reviewing our schedule daily and adding relevant notes or flags
Assisting with insurance follow-ups and eligibility checks
General data entry and administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work U.S. hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mountain Time, Mon–Fri)
Fast learner, especially with dental software and scheduling systems
Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
Proactive mindset—someone who takes initiative and follows up
Bonus Points For (not required):
Experience working in a dental office or with dental patients
Familiarity with Open Dental or Flex
Experience in patient scheduling or hygiene recall
Confidence making outbound phone calls and managing inbound calls professionally
