We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Are you someone who loves bringing joy to families, enjoys fun conversations, and thrives on making people smile—while confidently closing sales? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can balance heart and hustle.

What You’ll Do:

* Be the first point of contact for clients looking to book our services

* Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right package that fits their party

* Keep WhatsApp conversations warm, professional, and progressing toward a booking

* Handle customer concerns with tact and confidence, while maintaining our service value

* Take care of simple admin tasks like scheduling, payments, and follow-ups

* De-escalate tough conversations politely and professionally.

* Ensure every customer feels heard, happy, and confident about booking us

* Sales-driven yet genuine – You can close without sounding pushy

* Resilient and motivated – You stay upbeat, even when conversations get tough

* Adaptable problem-solver – You think on your feet and offer solutions fast

* Organized and detail-oriented – You never forget a name, time, or message

* Anyone who needs to be micromanaged or waits for permission before taking action

* Poor communicators – if you struggle with tone, clarity, or warmth over WhatsApp

* People who get defensive easily or escalate tense conversations instead of calming them down
