JOB OVERVIEW

Ready to help scale 7–figure funnels and crush performance targets with precision and speed?

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand scaling aggressively across Meta platforms. With systems in place and campaigns live, we’re now looking for a highly accountable, detail-obsessed Marketing VA to manage the day-to-day execution of our Facebook ads, monitor funnel performance, and support the team with data reporting and QA.

This is a high-responsibility, part-time role (4 hours/day) for someone who thrives on execution, consistency, and results. If you’re deeply familiar with Meta Ads Manager, confident in Google Sheets, and love solving problems before anyone notices they exist, you’ll love this role.

YOUR MISSION

To support the performance marketing team by ensuring our Facebook ads are launched flawlessly, monitored closely, and backed by clean data — all while spotting bugs before they cost us.

You’ll be in the trenches daily with the CMO, executing campaigns, tracking funnel activity, and helping maintain performance visibility. This isn’t just VA work — it’s mission-critical execution in a lean, fast-paced team.

This is a part-time contractor role with the goal to become full-time + fixed salary + bonuses.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

Growth Path: Start part-time with the goal of going full-time + earning bonus compensation
Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere, async-friendly
Systems + Support: Get access to solid training, clear systems, and a fast-moving team that supports your growth—while giving you the freedom to work independently

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

•Setup and schedule Facebook Ad campaigns (based on SOPs + CMO guidance)
•Monitor daily campaign performance and report on key metrics
•Export data regularly from TikTok, Facebook, and Google for our internal pipeline
•Check funnel pages daily for bugs, broken elements, or weird UX patterns
•Watch Microsoft Clarity session recordings to identify user behavior trends and UX bottlenecks
•Support occasional A/B testing (e.g., landing pages, checkout steps)

WHO YOU ARE

Detail-Oriented: You catch the small stuff others miss — pixel errors, tracking tags, broken buttons
Comfortable in Data: Google Sheets is your second home
Tech-Aware: You know your way around RAM, CPU specs, and internet speed tests
Clear Communicator: You write clearly, ask smart questions, and speak up when things break
Self-Starter: You act without being told and love solving problems fast
Reliable + Accountable: You show up every day and consistently execute at a high level

OUR VALUES

- Integrity: Do the right thing, even when nobody’s looking.
- High Energy: Bring enthusiasm that lifts the room and keep yourself fit so the energy lasts all day.
- Attention to detail: does not let important details slip and ensures that every piece of content gets done with a maniacal precision.
- Efficiency: able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort, both personally and team wise.
- Proactivity: acts without being told what to do. Frequently brings new actionable ideas to the table.
- Urgency: moves quickly and with urgency, attacking the targets.
- Strong Work Ethic: possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done. Has a track record of working hard.
- High standards: expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best (competitive greatness).

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve launched campaigns, reported on performance, and caught bugs before they went live
60 Days: You’re owning setup tasks independently, sending clean reports, and identifying optimization gaps
90 Days: You’re managing campaigns confidently, flagging high-impact issues, and ready for full-time expansion
