Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Compensation: $1,200–$2,000/month (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based Android automation system

Oversee tasks related to emulator setup, Appium scripts, VPN/proxy integration, and AWS instance management

Collaborate with Android Automation and DevOps engineers to ensure delivery milestones are met

Set up task tracking via Trello, ClickUp, or Notion

Report progress and blockers to the founder (daily Slack check-ins + weekly Zoom)

Document systems, processes, and outcomes for repeatability

Manage testing, QA, and performance benchmarking for search volume targets

Coordinate proxy vendors and third-party services (e.g. mobile proxy providers)

Required Qualifications
Strong background in technical project management (2–4 years minimum)

Experience leading remote engineering teams

Familiarity with Android, ADB, emulators, or mobile automation concepts

Working knowledge of AWS EC2, SSH, Linux, and cloud workflows

Understands VPNs, proxies, IP rotation, or SEO automation workflows

Proficient in project tools like Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or Jira

Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred Skills
Background in QA automation, Appium, or Selenium is a major plus

Experience coordinating with developers using GitHub

Understanding of SEO concepts (Google My Business, local ranking signals)

Prior work managing outsourced developers (especially in the Philippines)
