Social Media Virtual Assistant| Long-Term | Full-Time

Remote | $2-4 USD/hour | 20–40 hours/week**

We’re a small, locally-owned property management company looking for a trustworthy, creative, and hard-working social media assistant to join our team long-term. If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and loves creating content that connects with people, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for the right Social Media Assistant to help us grow our brand across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

This role is fully remote, with flexible hours and opportunities to grow based on performance. We understand the importance of family and work-life balance and will treat you with kindness and respect.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Creating beautiful, professional-looking graphics in **Canva**
* Using tools like **ChatGPT** to help write clear, engaging captions
* Posting consistently to:
* Facebook
* Instagram
* Google Business Profile
* LinkedIn
* TikTok (simple content only)
* Organizing and managing weekly content calendars
* Using **Trello** to track progress and stay on schedule
* Writing basic marketing copy for social posts, email, and SMS
* **Searching Facebook groups** for potential clients or leads and recording or messaging them as needed

Don’t worry—we’ll provide clear instructions and training for everything. We believe in supporting our tea ---------- mbers every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

* At least **1-2 years of experience** in social media or digital marketing
* Strong written English (you’ll still have support from ChatGPT)
* Confident using Canva, Trello, and social media tools
* Comfortable doing basic research and lead generation on Facebook
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow step-by-step instructions
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with us

Bonus (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

* Experience with **Google Business Profile** or **TikTok/Reels**
* Background in **real estate** or customer-facing roles
* Basic video editing skills
