SEO & Lead Generation Specialist

We are a fast-growing, women-owned and veteran-operated pest control business based in California, serving the greater Los Angeles and North Orange County areas. Since 2002, we’ve built our company from the ground up with a strong foundation of hard work, quality service, and community trust. We’re now looking for a remote SEO & Lead Generation Specialist to help us continue our growth through digital channels.

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven SEO and Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute digital strategies that drive traffic, increase search visibility, and convert leads. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone with a strong digital marketing background who can work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO tasks
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings
• Manage and enhance local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, reviews, etc.)
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance, traffic, and lead conversion
• Collaborate with content creators and the internal team to align marketing goals

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and online lead generation
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, local SEO, and digital ads
• Experience using WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Stable internet connection and remote-ready setup

Preferred:
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in home service industries
• Google Ads and SEO certifications
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
