Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Flexibility: Must be willing to work from 1 PM - 5 PM Irish time.
2. WordPress Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with WordPress.
3. Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in PHP and JQuery.
4. Versatility: Familiarity with other platforms such as CodeIgniter, Joomla, & Drupal.
5. Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and accept/give constructive criticism.
6. Adaptability: Ability to follow internal company developer guidelines.
7. Problem-Solving Skills: Quick identification and resolution of issues, finding alternative solutions, considering different perspectives, avoiding assumptions, and recognizing biases.

Responsibilities:

Support & Maintenance
1. Troubleshoot and fix broken or hacked websites.
2. Clearly describe work completed, offering practical solutions and options for implementation.
3. Provide reliable and timely technical support to clients and internal teams.

New Website Development
1. Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented WordPress themes and plugins.
2. Ensure new websites are responsive, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices.
3. Participate in testing, QA, and launch processes to ensure successful project delivery.
