Self-motivated Mental Health Professional

I'm establishing a U.S.-based mental health initiative and seeking one qualified professional in the Philippines - a licensed (or at least a degreed) social worker, psychometrician, or psychologist - to help develop and manage our Eastern-facing operations.

Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree in either Social Work, Psychometrics or Psychology to be considered.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- You possess an educator's mindset with the ability to create effective training programs and guides for mental health professionals

- You demonstrate strong project management skills - capable of breaking down objectives into actionable steps and seeing them through to completion

- You have excellent command of English (both written and spoken), as you'll be developing materials and representing the business

- You work effectively with autonomy after receiving initial direction

Position Details:
- This is a full-time remote role ( ---------- hours per month)
- Base compensation starts at $650/month (approximately ?36k), with performance-based bonuses that can increase your earnings to ?80k+/ month within six months
- You'll have significant responsibility in shaping our operations in your region
