JOB OVERVIEW

I’m building an empire — and I’m looking for a loyal, hard-working VA with digital marketing skills to help me build it.

If you’re smart, sharp, tech savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and hungry to grow, this is your chance to learn directly from one of the top marketers in North America and gain real-world, hands-on experience in growing eCommerce and retail brands from the ground up. I’ll mentor and teach you, but I need someone who can take initiative, stay organized, and get things done.

About Me & My Brand
Hi! I’m a former executive with 20+ years of experience in data-driven, tech-forward marketing and MarTech leadership. I recently left the corporate world to pursue my entrepreneurial dream — building bold, empowering retail brands focused on mental wellness, motivation, and self-expression.

REQUIRED SKILLS -- Your Top 3 Responsibilities (60-70% of the Role)

1. Overall Social Media, Advertising (Paid Social - TikTok + Meta) and Community Management
(This is my #1 required skill that I need)
- Create, schedule, and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
- Build community engagement, respond and chat with followers, etc.
- Track analytics, gather insights, and suggest improvements
- Create content, post, and manage TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram ads
- Optimize campaigns and monitor performance (CPM, CTR, ROAS)

2. Email & SMS Marketing & Light Website Updates
- Create email campaigns, flows and newsletters, build, grow and manage our email list
- Deploy promotional SMS campaigns
- Make light website updates and monitoring

3. Customer Support & Review Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social channels
- Monitor and manage product reviews and feedback on platforms like Trustpilot, Meta, etc.

Other Responsibilities (30-40% of the Role)
- Product research and light product design
- Documentation of SOPs, calendar and schedule support
- Business admin tasks and marketing project support
- Content marketing, copywriting & content research and creation

What I’m Looking For:
1) 2+ years of solid, hands-on experience with:
- Paid social ads (TikTok and Meta)
- Marketing, Social media management
- Customer service or community management

2) Characteristics: Hard-working and dependable. Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented (you balance out my creative chaos!). Fast learner and coachable – I’ll teach, you’ll grow. Strong communication skills.

3) Bonus: Familiar with these tools: Canva, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads & TikTok Shop, Klaviyo or other email marketing automation tools, Web analytics

Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week), open to US Pacific Time

Training & Mentorship directly from a seasoned US marketing expert
