Automation Specialist

We’re Hiring an Automation Specialist (Part-Time, Remote, UK Timezone Preferred)

We’re a growing marketing agency working with high-end aesthetic clinics — and we need a tech-savvy Automation Specialist to help streamline our systems and reduce manual work.

If you love building workflows, creating zaps and scenarios, and figuring out how to make tools talk to each other — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building and maintaining automations using ---------- (Integromat)
• Connecting tools like GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, etc.
• Mapping out simple backend workflows based on our team’s needs
• Troubleshooting and documenting automation processes
• Occasionally helping with basic lead form or funnel tech setup

Requirements:
• Experience with ---------- , Zapier, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation logic
• Comfortable with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Notion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Available to work at least a few hours per day during UK hours
• Bonus: Knowledge of CRMs, form integrations, or GHL custom values

Part-Time Role (10–15 hours/week to start)
We want someone long-term, reliable, and solution-focused.
