About the Company:
We’re a small, family-owned business in the U.S. that creates custom stickers designed to support focus, anxiety relief, and sensory needs. We work with schools, therapists, and organizations across the country. We’re growing steadily and are looking for someone to help us with the design side of our workflow. This is a remote position with flexible hours.


About the Role:
We run a kawaii-themed online shop and blog, offering adorable stationery, plushies, accessories, and more. Our mission is to add a little magic and joy to everyday life. If you love pastel aesthetics, and playful creativity — this could be the perfect job for you!

What you'll do:
• Assist with managing product listings (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
• Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Research trending kawaii products and content ideas
• Help with simple graphic design tasks (Canva or similar)
• Organize and update spreadsheets and calendars
• Support other admin tasks as needed
• Have experience with influencer outreach or email marketing
• Know a bit of Japanese (not required!)
• Have an eye for design and aesthetics
