We are looking for a proactive and driven Operational Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team, preparing workflows, developing work structures, and managing multiple e-commerce stores. You are a highly initiative-driven leader with extensive experience in running e-commerce stores and are available 7 days a week to ensure the success of our operations.
Responsibilities
Leading and motivating the team to achieve operational goals.
Preparing workflows, including planning and task allocation.
Designing and implementing efficient work structures to optimize processes.
Managing multiple e-commerce stores, including product management, inventory, and customer service.
Proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve performance.
Reporting results and progress to management.
Ensuring a consistent and high standard across all operational activities.
Requirements
Experience in a similar operational or management role within e-commerce.
Proven experience in successfully running e-commerce stores (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on mentality.
High level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
Availability 7 days a week to ensure operational continuity.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce tools, analytics, and logistics processes is a plus.
