Job Title:
Customer Service VA – Insurance Follow-Ups (Phone Calls) | $5/hr Starting

Job Description:
We are a U.S.-based roofing and insurance restoration company looking for a reliable and fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to help with customer follow-up calls and insurance company communication.

You will be calling:

Our customers to follow up on paperwork or claim status

Insurance companies to check claim progress, request updates, or clarify documentation

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English (must be confident on the phone)

Experience in customer service or insurance-related calling is a big plus

Must have a good internet connection and a quiet work environment

Comfortable with making calls during U.S. business hours (Chicago time, CST)

Basic knowledge of insurance claims (preferred but not required — we will train)

Work Details:

Starting rate: $5 USD/hour (opportunity for increase based on performance)

Hours: 20–40 hours/week depending on workload

Long-term position available for the right candidate

Tools we use:

Google Sheets / Docs

CRM software (we’ll train)

VOIP calling software (we’ll provide)
