Customer Support Specialist (Gorgias + AI Agent Integration)
Remote | Contract-to-Hire

6FT CLUB is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist with hands-on experience using Gorgias. This role goes beyond tickets — we’re building out smart support systems, and we need someone who can help set up, optimize, and automate our Gorgias helpdesk, including training the AI agent (powered by ChatGPT) and building out a knowledge base for long-term scalability.

What You’ll Do:
• Set up and configure Gorgias for a fast-growing e-commerce brand
• Train the AI Agent using tools like ChatGPT
• Create clear, structured process documents to upload to the Gorgias Knowledge Center
• Build and organize FAQ, macros, and automated responses
• Help define escalation processes and when to hand off to a human
• Collaborate with founder and team to continually optimize customer experience

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience with Gorgias (or similar helpdesk tools)
• Strong understanding of AI chat automation and ChatGPT integration
• Ability to create clear SOPs and documentation
• E-commerce or DTC brand experience preferred
• Bonus if you’ve worked with Shopify
