Virtual Assistant – Web Design & Digital Marketing

Looking for a dependable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support digital marketing operations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with website builds and updates - Must have experience in WordPress
* Assist with miscellaneous digital tasks
* Research competitive landscape for businesses
* Miscellaneous SEO-related tasks including content production, citation development, and link building opportunities
* Miscellaneous tasks related to email marketing
* Assist with Zapier workflow setups

The position is a long-term, part-time role initially, with flexible working hours. Work will be organized via a project management system (Asana) with the goal of needing very little real-time communication to allow for maximum flexibility.
