We are Tommy & Rose, creators in the lifestyle, personal growth, and entertainment space. We produce content across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, combining cinematic vlogs, sit-down value videos, and relatable couple content.

Who We’re Looking For
A creative, reliable video editor who:
Loves storytelling and aesthetic editing
Understands YouTube and Reels/TikTok editing dynamics
Can create cinematic transitions and maintain a polished, professional look
Is capable of proposing LUTs to help us develop a recognizable visual identity
Can edit both long-form and short-form video content
Bonus: Thumbnail design skills (or willingness to learn)

Ongoing Workload
4 YouTube Videos Per Week
Ranging from sit-down videos to lifestyle vlogs
We provide footage in sequence, ready for you to polish
5-10 Reels or Short-Form Videos Per Week
From the same footage or additional clips we’ll provide
Note: The editing style is not overly complex. We’re looking for consistency, cinematic polish, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Edit 4 full YouTube videos per week
Edit 5-10 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) per week
Apply smooth transitions, cinematic flow, captions, and music
Create intro/outro branding elements
Present LUT options for us to establish a unique, branded color style
(Bonus) Design thumbnails for YouTube videos

Pay & Commitment
Monthly Starting Rate: £400 GBP (Approx. PHP 28,000-30,000)
Ongoing, long-term work for the right person
Opportunity to grow with us as our platforms expand

Ideal Skills
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Knowledge of LUTs, color grading, and aesthetic editing
Strong sense of YouTube pacing and short-form engagement
Open to feedback and collaboration
Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
Has a creative eye but understands YouTube audience retention
Can work with minimal supervision
