The Amazon/Walmart/Shopify Specialist position is looking for a high caliber individual to join a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in product listings and in inventory management on Amazon, Walmart and Shopif6y platforms. The candidate for this position is an intelligent, energetic and love to learn individual who rises to the challenge of ecommerce and works at the betterment of the company and himself/herself every day.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Provide customer services and answer daily customer enquiries for all marketplaces
· Manage and create listings on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify
· Monitor the performance indexes of the company on all marketplaces and sales platforms
· Proactively liaise with Amazon on any performance and compliance concern
· Monitor inventory data, shipment data and logistics for all marketplaces
· Compile key performance indexes of all advertising campaigns and advise the management on action plans accordingly
· Prepare daily and monthly reports highlighting KPIs and ROI of advertising campaigns
· Keep abreast of third-party service provider’s program development and identify opportunity for management
· Other data entry duties as required

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in successfully managing Amazon Seller Central in US, Canada and Europe
· Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Walmart US and Canada Seller Central
· Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Shopify store
· Experience in creating email marketing campaigns
· Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in statistics, business analytics, marketing, management, or related discipline from a recognized university
· Must be familiar with Amazon’s reporting system and be able to quickly retrieve required reports to support management and international accounting requirements
· Ability to learn, understand and implement third party service provider’s programs quickly
· Numerical accuracy and attention to detail is vita to this position. The candidate should be able to keep track of inventory with a high level of accuracy.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and time management ability to meet deadline and deliver results
· High energy level with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn; ability to take direction and work independently
· Has exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel accurately
· Strong team spirit and willingness to step in to assist other members of the team
· Understands global expansion in the marketplace and cross border trade

Work hours:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
