Sales/Lead Generation/Hubspot Setup for Soil Business

I need your help! I am a solo entreprenuer in an e-commerce business but we are attracting larger commercial accounts for our bulk and bagged soils. This is where I need your expertise! I need an excellent communicator and experienced sales VA to create an *outbound* marketing strategy to find new leads and retain relationships with previous customers. I need your help in setting up and managing Hubspot in order to create and segment new leads according to product, purchase size, and other factors.

Our existing customers almost always find us through inbound marketing (blogs/email/YouTube) which *may* result in a sale on Shopify with no customer contact prior to the purchase. Sometimes, larger customers will contact us via email or phone to ask questions about shipping, lead time etc. These customers are typically invoiced via Quickbooks. Once they pay, I create a sale in Shopify which creates a packing list for my vendors.

But I want you to create an outbound sales strategy to develop and nurture new accounts and set up our HubSpot to make that happen. I then will need you to find us new leads/customers in the United States by whatever means make the most sense to you.

Personal skills required: Communicate good *and* bad news quickly. You need to be able to tell me when I am wrong. If something is unclear to you, I need you to ask me to clarify my intentions. Of course, I want you to be a Hubspot expert and lead me through the setup for my particular business and provide me with new ideas for prospecting. I need you to take the initiative and help set us up for success, maybe in ways that I didn't ask you to do.
