Amazon Listing & Optimization Expert – Teach Me While You Work (2–4 Month Project)

Job Description:

Hi,
I run a growing Amazon wholesale business based in the UK. I work directly with niche brands to help grow and protect their presence on Amazon, not just resell their inventory.

I’m looking for a highly experienced Amazon freelancer to support me in the following ways:


1. Execution Work

You’ll help implement and walk me through the following tasks, all focused on creating control, clarity, and conversion for the brands I partner with:

Listing Optimization (titles, bullets, backend keywords)
-Write clear, benefit-driven listings using keyword research tools (Helium 10, etc.) to drive conversions and organic traffic.

A+ Content Creation (text and image modules) - only if brand registered
-Create branded, on-message product pages that build trust and increase conversion — or guide me on best practices if the brand provides content.

Keyword Research & SEO (UK marketplace)
-Show me how to find relevant, high-volume terms and integrate them effectively for indexing and rank lift.

Image Enhancements or Guidance
-Identify poor images, suggest or create compliant and persuasive image sets (using AI) that align with Amazon’s style guide and best CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) practices.

Onboarding New SKUs from Brand Websites
-Teach me how to launch a product from scratch — ideally one already selling well on their site — and guide me on how to list it, build content, and track performance.

Brand Protection Fundamentals
-How to detect hijackers, monitor unauthorized sellers, enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), and track Buy Box shares. Also help educate brands on Amazon risk.

Amazon Brand Registry Strategy
-Help me understand how to work with brands to get added to Brand Registry or help them enroll. Teach me how this gives us listing control, protects content, and reduces rogue seller edits.

Seller Violation Reporting & Relationship Building
-Guide me on how to identify unauthorized sellers and submit C&D (Cease and Desist) notices or Amazon reports — always aligned with maintaining a collaborative relationship with the brand.

Creating Weekly & Monthly Brand Reports
-Teach me how to use SmartScout, Helium 10, Keepa, etc., to report sales, Buy Box %, keyword rankings, and show tangible impact — so I can communicate value clearly to brand partners.

Amazon PPC Setup
-Walk me through setting up low-risk campaigns to increase visibility, test ranking strategies, and report results (e.g., ACoS, sales attribution).


2. Teaching While You Work

This is the most important part.

I want to understand every part of the process in detail. So this role will include Zoom calls with screen sharing where you walk me through what you’re doing and why. The goal is for me to eventually do it myself or train future tea ---------- mbers.
You should expect:

-A motivated learner

-A lot of questions

-Someone trying to become a highly valuable Amazon growth partner, not just a reseller


Project Timeline:
This is a 2–4 month engagement, during which I aim to fully understand the listing optimization and account control process. After that, I may bring you in again to help train a VA, or refer you to other sellers in my network.

Ideal Freelancer:

-Deep Amazon Seller Central experience (UK preferred)

-Able to explain workflows clearly via Zoom

-Patient and proactive teacher, especially with motivated beginners

-Familiar with wholesale, brand-side partnerships, or exclusivity building

-Available 1–3x/week for live Zooms during UK working hours
