GoHighLevel + Frontly.ai Integration Assistant (No-Code / API / Google Sheets)

We’re an agency managing a fast-growing wedding photography brand, and we’re looking for a skilled no-code/automation expert to help us complete a one-time integration project using GoHighLevel (GHL), Frontly.ai, and Google Sheets.

This is a project-based gig, but there is strong potential for ongoing freelance work across other projects we manage in the near future.


About This Project:

We already use GoHighLevel to manage our sales funnel and accept payments using GHL’s built-in Stripe integration. Now we need help creating a new internal workflow that allows our sales reps to generate personalized proposals from inside GoHighLevel.


Here’s what we want to build:

Sales reps fill out a form inside a contact’s record in GoHighLevel

That data is sent to Google Sheets, which serves as the backend for Frontly.ai

Frontly uses the submitted data to:
-Calculate travel fees
-Check availability
-Generate a proposal/contract based on a template
-Frontly creates a custom proposal URL
-That URL is stored back inside the contact’s record in GoHighLevel, ready to send to the client


Your Responsibilities:

Help structure and connect data flow between GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and Frontly.ai

Set up formulas or logic in Google Sheets to calculate travel and availability

Build or configure a dynamic proposal template in Frontly

Ensure the system is functional, user-friendly, and test-ready

Document what you build so we can maintain or expand it later

Ideal Skills:

Strong understanding of GoHighLevel: forms, workflows, custom fields, and webhooks

Experience using Google Sheets as a backend (formulas, lookups, data structure)

Familiarity with Frontly.ai or similar tools (Softr, Bubble, Glide, etc.)

Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools

Bonus: Basic scripting knowledge (Google Apps Script, JavaScript, etc.)


Project Type:

One-time gig

Estimated 5–15 hours depending on your speed and experience

Future freelance work very likely if this goes well


Pay:

$12/hr OR fixed rate that you request (I don't play guessing games or provide a "budget") — negotiable based on experience

Paid promptly upon successful completion and testing
