User Recruitment Assistant – Market Research (Performance-Based, Remote)

We are XIFA Market Research, a global research consulting firm working with Top 3 international home appliance brands. Our goal is to find real users, professionals, and installers of smart HVAC systems (air conditioning, controllers, etc.) to participate in a 60-minute online interview.

???? Your Role
We are hiring Virtual Assistants / Recruiters to help us:
- Identify and contact potential participants based on our target profiles (we will give you detailed examples).
- Convince them to fill out a short 2-minute form.
- Ensure they complete a 1-hour video interview with our research team (we arrange the schedule).
You do not need to do the interview yourself, just bring in qualified participants.

? Who We Need
We’re looking for:
- Proactive and resourceful VAs who enjoy messaging, LinkedIn outreach, or contacting people online.
- Experience in lead generation, survey recruitment, or virtual assistance is a plus.
- English fluency. (Chinese is a bonus but not required.)

???? Pay Structure (Fixed per success)
- $30 for each qualified participant (form filled + interview completed).
- $35 from the second person onwards (if quality is good).
- Bonus for fast or high-volume results.
- Weekly or milestone-based payments via PayPal or Upwork if preferred.

???? Estimated payout: Recruit 5 qualified people = $160–$180.

???? Work Hours
- Flexible working hours, remote.
- You choose when and how to work, as long as participants are successfully recruited before deadline.

???? Deadline
This project runs until May 22, with possibility for ongoing work if performance is strong.
