Ad Creative Designer (Virtual Assistant)

Position: Creative Virtual Assistant – Facebook Ad Template Swaps
Location: Remote | Part-Time | Long-Term

Job Description:
We’re hiring a reliable Creative Virtual Assistant to help update and export Facebook ad creatives using our ---------- -designed Photoshop (PSD) templates.

This is not a design-from-scratch role. You will simply swap out the text (headline, subtext, trust line, CTA) and export the creatives in multiple sizes each week.

All text and templates will be provided. Your job is clean execution and consistent delivery.

Weekly Responsibilities:
Update 12 ad creatives per week using our PSD templates
Swap in new copy for each (headlines, subtext, CTA, trust line)
Export each ad in the following sizes:
Square (1080x1080)
Vertical (1080x1350)
Horizontal (1200x628)
Organize files by folder and file name (instructions provided)
Ensure fonts, spacing, and layout stay consistent and professional

Requirements:
Strong experience working with Photoshop and editing PSD templates
Basic design understanding (alignment, readability, font sizing)
Able to follow clear instructions and template structure
Can consistently deliver 12 updated creatives (36 total exports) per week
Organized and reliable — this is a long-term role

Compensation:
Paid bi-weekly via bank transfer
