We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a client in the skincare and MML industry. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and proficient in a variety of tasks, ranging from general administrative duties to industry-specific responsibilities such as content creation, research, client coordination, and document design.
This permanent part-time role, operating three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for 8-hour days), offers the strong likelihood of transitioning to a full-time position and requires a proactive individual driven to offer support, ideas, and initiatives aligned with the client's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative & Organizational Support: Managing digital files and
Client Communication & Coordination: Responding to
Marketing & Content Assistance: Assisting with content creation and scheduling for social media (including Instagram and
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Engaging with potential leads across platforms (DMs, comments, new followers), tracking leads, managing lead magnet distribution, and implementing nurturing sequences.
Basic Website & Systems Management: Making updates to website content (images, text, promotions), managing booking system events and availability, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of online course platforms.
Event & Project Coordination: Assisting with the logistics for online and virtual events, including travel coordination, Zoom setup, and
Basic Financial Administration: Following up on late invoices, performing bank reconciliations, and entering invoices into accounting software.
Client Workflow & Onboarding Support: Creating digital forms, assisting with new client onboarding processes, and managing client accountability procedures.
Pre-requisites:
Go High Level
Basic Xero knowledge
Your own Canva Pro and video creation app accounts
Understanding of social media algorithms (eg: hashtags, trending audios, tags, CTAs, etc.)
Exceptional English speaking skills
High attention to detail and organisation
Experience as a PA/EA
Exceptional English spelling, grammar and writing skills
Experience as a VA
Experience working with a variety of CRM programs
Experience with Notion, loom,
Excellent time-management
Willingness to learn
Copy-writing skills
Desirable:
Event management skills
Rate of Pay: 246 Pesos per hour.
Hours:
8 hours a day x 3x a week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Australian Timezone) **hours are negotiable
Incentives:
13th-month bonus.
6-weekly KPI Bonus (10% of your week’s pay as a bonus).
